• You must be a registered business trading in the industry. A current ABN must be supplied.
• For a wholesale account to be opened a valid credit card number must be given and will be held on secure file. The first order will be charged to this credit card on dispatch.
• Accounts are to be paid on invoice; generally statements will not be issued. Payments are due in full no later than 7 days after EOM. Future Payments may be made by cheque, money order, direct debit or credit card
• If payments are not received by the due date, your account balance will be processed on your credit card and will incur a 4% processing fee. (note: payment by Credit card before the due date will not incur a fee).
• You may elect your preferred payment method on application for account.
• Automatic credit card payment is available and will not incur a processing fee.
• Orders will be accepted by fax, email, phone or mail. A dispatch time of 48 hours is endeavored.

Wysistas Consignment terms

·       Consignment is available on request only for Craft shows and special events

·       A minimum order (3 of each) is required to be purchased to receive wholesale discounts. Normal quantity discounts also apply.

·       All patterns ordered and sent will be invoiced on delivery.

·       Any returns in original condition will be credited and payment is due within 14 days of an amended statement arrival (quantity discounts will be amended on the total number of product sold/returned)

·       Returns must be made or full payment received within 30 days of receipt of order.

·       All postage is borne by the customer (shopowner)

·       All goods remain the responsibility of the shopowner until receipted back into the warehouse. (damage in transit, loss of goods at shopowner's risk)
